As a professional yoga wear manufacturer, we implement four-stage quality control: pre-production, in-production, finished product inspection, and fabric physical & chemical testing.
Incoming fabric inspection: Random inspection is mandatory for incoming seamless knitted grey fabrics, covering shrinkage rate, color fastness, elastic recovery and pilling grade. Fabrics with insufficient elasticity or color bleeding will be rejected and not put into production. Elastic bands, labels and other accessories are inspected simultaneously.
Pre-production confirmation: We produce pre-production samples for clients to verify sizing, waist elasticity, crotch pattern and skin-exposed cut design. Once samples are sealed, the workshop and knitting teams follow the confirmed standard uniformly, with full technical briefing before mass production.
In-process production control
Seamless knitting: Regular sampling from machines to prevent holes, dropped stitches and uneven texture.
Post-sewing assembly: Patrol inspection on production lines, focusing on waistband binding, reinforced stitching at crotch and smooth seams. Abrasive loose threads are strictly eliminated for skin-tight yoga styles.
100% finished product inspection: Every garment is fully inspected after ironing, checking size deviation, fabric snags, color difference, peeling heat transfer prints and abnormal waistband tightness. Skin-fit yoga leggings undergo stretch testing to avoid tight pinching or sagging waists.
Sample retention for traceability: Swatches of each batch are kept on file. If workmanship or fabric defects occur after delivery, we take responsibility for rework and re-supply.

Full advance payment for sample orders; For mass orders: 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance paid after inspection before shipment. Extended credit terms can be negotiated for long-term cooperative clients.

After deposit and sample confirmation, standard orders take approximately 25 days.
